The Story of Sofra
Welcome to SOFRA.
SOFRA is the first Albanian restaurant of its kind in Germany. The restaurant's name is inspired by the traditional Albanian table called 'sofra' – a round, low table typical of Albanian hospitality, which is reflected in the communal seating arrangement.
This restaurant was created to present authentic and traditional Albanian cuisine and conveys a sense of unity and togetherness, as its name symbolizes. Since almost all main ingredients come directly from Albania, every dish is prepared and served with love, reflecting the authenticity of Albanian culture.

The slogan 'a piece of homeland' strengthens the connection to the homeland and reflects our mission: to bring a piece of our beloved Albania to our new home. Products such as Olive Oil, Olives, Cheese, Butter, Curd and Spices are 100% Albanian products!
